Very nice place , they have sport center on so you can listen or watch while you wait. The hair cuts are spot on and Cindy was very nice and very professional. I can’t wait for my hair to grow back so I can come back. I recommend the vip service, it’s relaxing and the wait was not a factor for me. The web app made it so easy for check in and getting in a chair. I’d give 10 stars if it was available and the best part….very reasonably priced! And I’m frugal!!!

My husband took my 3 year old to get a haircut and he said they seemed extremely bothered that they had to cut a child’s hair. I came back to this place two years after covid. The hair stylist Anginese gave me my worst haircut and haircut experience today. She was “extremely” rough on the hairs and kept saying she is struggling to do hair cut. My scalp became very tender and it was literally burning when shampooing. She did not greet on arrival and kept staring at me for few seconds, was very rude during haircut when i asked if she could fade/taper the back, and was making faces in between. All of this gave me a very weird vibe. Hairs were left uneven in the back and sides.. I was getting the haircut for a very important event and she messed up. I did tip her well despite of this experience. I will not recommend Anginese. I should have requested for Cindy. Others have reviewed Cindy’s haircut experience very positive.

I reserved a spot via the app, with a “21 minute” wait. When I got there 15 minutes later, I was a 23 minute wait, reasonable I suppose. 45 minutes after that, my new wait time was 28 minutes. An hour after I arrived I was “6th in line”. My name was called just as I walking out the door. The guy after me (#7) had reserved an HOUR after I did. Haircut was fine but the reservation system is terrible. I was there for almost two hours. My Saturday was shot.
