I get my haircut every week… this place is probably the most inconsistent out of anywhere in Newbern. If you’re looking for a good looking fade, look elsewhere. I had my hair growing the way I liked it for a month, all for one of the ladies to not listen to what I said and chop half my hair off, and it didn’t even look good. I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I will never be coming here again.

I’ve had 3 visits here and have yet to have a good experience. One of the stylists today asked a customer to pay in cash so she wouldn’t have to claim it on their taxes. This location needs an overhaul. I normally drive to the Winterville location but have tried out this location because it is much closer. After 3 attempts, I’ll gladly drive an hour away and take my business to the Winterville location.

I checked in online..I waited over 1 1/2 hours and never got called back. A guy came in, and the lady asked if he checked in online, he said no, but he will check in now.. then she called him back ahead of me.. if that wasn’t enough, another guy came in after I complained, and they called him back in front of me again. At this point I walked out. Never will I go back!

Usually have a good experience here. But today I had a medium fade cut by Morgan. Hair cut was not the best. I had to straighten out the front myself when I got home. Most notably the customer interaction and service was horrible. The whole duration of the hair cut It felt like I was inconveniencing her by getting my hair cut. Personality of a brick. Leaving 2 stars for the hair stylist, not the buisiness.
