Almost 45 minutes later, after several people who arrived after I did were served — I asked one of the staff why (at this time the schedule board showed I had a 1 hour and 25 minute wait) and I got non-answer. Critical: Professionalism, QualityProbably one of the worst haircut treatments I ever received. Also needed a shave and I was told I had to wear my mask, while a man behind me didn’t have a mask on. Probably one of the worst haircut treatments I ever received. Also needed a shave and I was told I had to wear my mask, while a man behind me didn’t have a mask on. Had an appointment and showed up at the recommended time. My name was on the video screen next in line for my hair cut but it also showed a 55 minute wait. When I asked how that could be I was told they had to accommodate a lot of walk ins and I had to wait inspite of having checked in on their app 70 minutes prior.
