Positive: CleanlinessGlad a new location opened up. The staff are good some are great some are not so great. Current issues are wait times exceedingly long and increasing especially with the online check-in . And they charge 5 dollars more to use the balders claiming it takes longer but then when they use them they don’t actually spend any longer and the detail is poor at best. Glad a new location opened up. The staff are good some are great some are not so great. Current issues are wait times exceedingly long and increasing especially with the online check-in . Critical: QualityMy 7 year old son walked in for a trim looking like a lil rock star and he walked out looking like Janet from Three’s Company. Worst haircut for a boy EVER!!The stylist was asked specifically to take off a half inch, no more or less, from all of his hair, which he wears longish 70’s style, because we didn’t want any change except to get it a bit out of his eyes. Then I left him there with his brother because I had something to do. Big mistake. When I saw him, I was shocked to the point that I knew I had better not go in the salon to confront her because I would have caused a major scene.. She did not trim the bangs, she did completely cut off 3-4 inches in the back so it was shaped into an odd bowl cut. I left him in her hands and she literally did what she wanted with no regard to doing only what she was asked to do.My adult son got a haircut there that day too and his was fine.. Because it was done by a normal stylist, not the fashion slayer bent on bowl cuts. I know this review isn’t as helpful as it could be as I didn’t get her name.So my advice?
