My Mom has gone there several times and her hair cut was soso. She doesn’t really have a “do” so she really doesn’t care. But, I took her a few days ago and what a mess. It was the worst haircut I have ever seen and she will never go back there again. The folks there mostly cut men’s hair so I get it that they are not that experienced in cutting for women. The girl that cut my Mother’s hair was VERY inexperienced and did not have any idea what she was doing. Never going back there.

The girl had to ask another employee what I was talking about for my haircut then she still got it wrong one side is cut about an inch higher than the other the lower side being what I preferred and on the back of my head I only wanted my neck cleaned up but I now have no hair for about an inch and a half strip down both sides of the back of my head it looks terrible I’ve got kind of long hair been growing it for 8 months and will probably have to cut it all off and start over because this looks so bad there is actually a patch of hair on my neck that was just completely missed

They spend more time trying to sell you products than cutting your hair. They don’t always listen well when you tell them what you want. After my last visit, somehow my original part is gone and I now have a comb over. Going to ha e to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Well, after years of using this location to get my hair cut, I think it’s finally time to move on. They just opened back up after being closed, and prices have again gone up. $19 for a basic hair cut. This would be totally fine if it was done by professional stylists who are capable of precision detail. Every time I walk out of this place, it looks like someone has taken a weed eater to my head. I have a simple hair style. It’s not a buzz cut by any means, but it’s pretty easy to do. I always get my hair faded on one side. I have had my haircut by multiple stylists here, and each of them always fails to do what I request. I end up no with my hair faded, but with it completely cut off on the rear top part of my head, and only the front faded. So instead of having it blended, I have short hair hiding behind longer hair in the front. I don’t know this terminology, but basically, these people can’t even do a basic fade. And I’m paying them way too much money for that. Secondly, let me talk about their $5 charge for a hard part. If you want a hard part put in your hair, you have to pay more??? Seems to me like it’s part of the haircut. That’s like charging me $5 to trim my neck or go around my ears. Now I wouldn’t mind this extra charge it they did a good job to begin with, and if I wasn’t already paying a premium price for a horrible retail chop. But $5?? What about $1 or $2? Got god sake they charge less to have you’re hair shampooed.

The customer service was pretty good to be honest. They took care of me in a calm orderly fashion that was very professional. My cut however wasn’t the best. Would i come back again…sure but im not expecting the best cut. But to be honest cutting a black man’s hair is much different from a white guys.
