I didn’t catch the name of this lady but it was a black lady. This lady had her music blasting in her ear so loud I could hear it clearly. I have her simple instructions and she did not follow them at all, super unprofessional. I decided to go with sports clips and even tho I got there 15 minutes from closing and Lacey and the crew made me feel welcomed and assured me all was fine. Husband usually goes to a local barber where we live in Manchester, but was in the area so stopped in for a cut since we’re short on time before vacation. He loved the vibe and experience but the cut isn’t great. Unfortunately he isn’t one to speak up and “complain” bc he didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. He got a bald fade,as he usually does, and it isn’t faded at all. Harsh lines all around. Not sure how they do with other cuts but wouldn’t recommend a fade.
