This place is terrible! I checked in on line at 11:34 showed a 22 minute wait and I should be there at 11:56. I showed up at 11:50 and my name was at the top of the list. It was deleted then they checked me in store went all the way to the bottom I told the stylist what happened and she ensured me I was next! WRONG AGAIN!! All customers after me went first and finally after 2 hours of watching customers come and go and bringing my concerns to the stylist I left!!! They were more concerned making a sign for the front door stating that they were going to close early today than taking care of customers!!! Worst of all when I finally left after 2 hours iI nicely told her that she can remove me and she decides to get loud and yell at me!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
