This was one of the best hair cuts I have ever gotten. Courtney was very informative throughout the entire process. I was aware of everything offered to me as a combat veteran and a first time customer as soon as she sat me down in the chair. I highly recommend going to see her for a haircut as she is very attentive and professional at her job. The prices are very reasonable as well. This is a must try experience if you’re in the area of Mt. Pleasant.

Calli did a great job trimming up the long overdue overgrown mess of thick hair atop my head. She even made sure to not use tea tree shampoo on my hair during the wash. Thank you Calli! Wait time was under 20 minutes.. app told me 72 minutes. App also didn’t work to check in. No issue with the self check in at the counter.

Although the cut is fine…the “schedule on the app” theory is absolutely the WORST!!! Called and confirmed the “app appointment” for 12 noon. Never sat in the chair until 12:50pm. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. The it takes another 45 minutes to “tighten up” a man’s cut I realize it’s difficult to get good help, or any help, but this philosophy of “use our app” is ludicrous…nope, not again unless we literally have absolutely no plans or just want to spend an hour and a half of the day getting an average (at best) cut ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Checked in on the app with a 15 minute wait time and arrived at the store 5 minutes early. I ended up waiting 35 minutes only for the stylists to take people who walked in after me before me. I was on deck for half an hour while these people hadn’t checked in early at all. I normally don’t leave reviews but this was quite upsetting, considering I was in a time crunch and was consistently ignored.
