Checked in on the app with a 30 minute wait. Arrived in 25 minutes and checked in to show “in store”. Waited an hour just for someone to walk in without online check-in and be taken back without even sitting down and my wait time to go from “on deck” to 30 minutes. Will never return to this location.

Usually a great experience when you can get in, however; that is the issue. The hours of service are ridiculous because it seems as if they have no staff that is responsible enough to show up. The on-line App always states they are at full capacity within minutes of opening and you go there anyhow and they aren’t even open. Will now look for a more reliable facility and do not recommend this location.

Thought I’d try Sport clips for the first time, decent hair cut but not a great experience. It was recommended to me by some friends but the one I went to this morning seemed like she was not happy to be there, almost mad, not a smile or how are you doing, just how short do you want it and that’s was it . I wasn’t offered the MVP that I heard was given free the first visit. I left a tip but I’m not going back here again.

I was so proud of this location. Since I’m medically unable to wear a mask, I’ve had my hair cut here a few times since this virus mess began. Today, I was turned down and told I “was required” to wear a mask & only with a doctor’s note would I be allowed without one. So sad that places are reverting outdated actions, like requiring my papers, in order to provide services.
