Well. I had a bad experience checking son in. Tried online but had tech issues. So, drove over to try to check in in person. That was not allowed so I was sent back to my car to sign in. It was close to closing so I asked them to wait until I got the appointment. I went through the online check in process as soon as I could. But, it said I could not b:c they were closed. I walked back up to the salon to a locked door. I understand you all want to have a streamlined check in but allow a bit more flexibility so you don’t lose customers. Hair cuts are nice.

The employees are great. The check in process is an absolute mess. Do not try to walk in! Even if you check in online you can wait for hours for a ‘scheduled time’ and still wait more than an hour once you get to your appointment. If they are understaffed they need to not accept walk ins.

Since the last couple of months they only have two people working there and wait times are not measured in minutes but in hours because they need employees. Owner, please do something, pay accordinly to get more employees because if not clients will not come back. I will not come back until this is addressed. A wailist of 3-4 hours is ridiculous.

I went in to get my boys a haircut and the lady wouldn’t even check me in. She told me to I had to do it online (I’m literally standing at the front desk). It would have taken her all of 30 seconds to add our names to the list. Instead she told me to find her business online & check in that way. I tried to, but the online wanted me to creat a profile and I don’t want to! I don’t want to be spammed with a bunch of emails. Is this the new way they do things? Or was this just her not wanting spend the time checking us in? Either way, I left and would never go back. Great clips is much better!

Critical: QualityWent in a few months ago and had my hair cut, seemed ok, but a few days later noted the back was flipping up in one spot, looked like a lock of hair was not cut properly. Went back in, explained the situation and thought the fix would be no charge…well, no, they charged me full price. Given Covid and everything going on, I just paid and left but will never go back. And BTW, they didn’t fix the problem…the back is still a mess!
