The skill level of the individual cutting my hair was at best average. Not a lot of check-in with me about the experience nor ensuring that the cut was feeling right. The clippings of hair were still on the back of my neck and not cleaned off. The barber didn’t do a very good job of washing my hair. After my hair was washed I still had hair falling on my shirt. Overall the barber was polite and the service, in general, was ok. The live TV made the wait seem short and the barber took the time to explain their products.

A majority if the time, they give me a decent haircut that I enjoy. The last time I visited this was not the case. In fact, they cut the back of my neck open and I only noticed after I returned home. It was extremely unprofessional not only to cut me but to not inform me of it until I discovered the blood myself. I truly hope they improve in the future to avoid any mistakes like mine.
