So I have been to this location before and have never had an issue but more recently we had Shawnda as a stylist for my sons back to school haircut and she did a phenomenal job that we have gone back…I called on Friday to see if she would be working this weekend as my son needed a cut before his football pictures later in the week…I did exactly as she had said and checked him in online to specifically request her before heading that way today…my check in time for his cut was scheduled at 11:37 and we arrived at 11:34…the other stylist in the shop was informed of us checking in but never changed it on the screen that we had arrived for whatever reason…Shawnda was already cutting another clients hair when we arrived which was fine until 30 mins had passed, another gentlemen walking in for his online appt and being taken by the other stylist and still Shawnda cutting the other clients hair that she had been on since before we even arrived…not one of them apologized for the wait, not one of them said I’ll be right with you, not one of them still checked us in to show we were even there…I have never had to wait for over 30 mins to even be acknowledged by a stylist for a cut…as good as Shawnda was for my sons back to school cut we drove an additional 10 mins past a Sports Clips literally right by our home just to have his cut here, to be completely ignored and long past our expected cut time…we will no longer come to this facility nor will we recommend this location or stylists…it is disheartening to have that lack of respect for clients who choose you to cut their child’s hair…I am extremely disappointed and very irritated on how today went and to not have not my sons haircut this morning…after waiting 34 mins for his initial time to have his hair cut, we left the store and will never be back here again

EDIT : THANKS FOR RESPONING please praise Shawnda for us. ! Today I was out w my husband and I took him back in and asked Shawnda to fix the other girls choppy , lazy job. Shawnda agreed w a smile on her face! She did an excellent job fixing a horrible cut, while she missed out on 2 other clients (she definitely needs to be given reimbursement for this) .
