Clean location and online check in is helpful. Average haircuts at an above average price. One son’s hair was cut and the stylist was considerate in asking the adult who brought him if changes were needed before ending. The other son’s stylist didn’t ask, wrapped up his cut without a word to begin cleaning up, and his hair needed to be corrected further at home. We had already paid and tipped beforehand as well. Not the expectation when spending $50 on two little boys’ haircuts with no extras.

Originally gave a five star review but came back to change it after my latest visit. I was not offered an MVP package experience due to being busy (understandable) but was charged for it. When I asked if it was the same price whether I got the MVP or not I was told that it was. I know this isn’t accurate, and if it is, it doesn’t make any sense. Decent haircut and experience but pretty sure they’re over charging on purpose.

My first experience here with Ben was fantastic. My second experience with a different lady was awful. I took my baby here to get his hair cut the first time he was 6 months (he has alot of hair) and everything went great but this review is on my second experience with my son being 10 months. She didn’t seem to want to cut his hair and tried to use clippers (Ben used a straight blade, which was a great option) the clippers scared my son so she decided to use scissors but just cut were ever she wanted. It is so uneven and his bangs were barely cut. She was rude the entire time to me and sent us on our way with hair all over my baby on his face and body. Now yes I know he is a baby, I did not expect his hair to be perfect. I just expected more effort and after I made the suggestion to use a straight blade since it went so well before she ignored me and pushed my baby’s head around and was overly aggressive. If your grown then I’m sure this place is fine but I will never take my son here again not even when he’s older. If she wasn’t comfortable/didnt want to cut his hair she should of just told me and it would of been perfectly fine and I would of found someone else. Instead me and my baby both had the worst experience.
