Never go to the woman named Morgan, she completely messed up my hair and didn’t the complete opposite of what I asked for. My side burns were cut even and were cut on an angle. One side of my head was cut further up on the side than the other. Completely terrible haircut.

I had been getting haircuts here for years, and it was always great. Then today, I checked in online with a wait time of 70 minutes. I was running a bit late and as I was driving over, I got a call that they cancelled my check in. The woman who spoke to me was extremely rude. I went inside and explained what happened, and they said that they were at full capacity and couldn’t take me today—even though I had been checked in not even half an hour prior. Terrible service.

Love going to this location. Me and my son have been going here for 2-3 years now and have never been disappointed. Brooke and Victoria do fantastic jobs at cutting our hair every time. I’ve been here on a few occasions when my normal sport clips has been busy. I really appreciate when a stylist asks if what she is about to cut off the top of my head is enough or too much. The stylist this day didn’t ask that and proceeded to chop my hair shorter than it has been in years. She said she took off 1/2″ but it was closer to over an inch.

We have a teenage son who was very picky about his haircuts and always leaves any place disappointed. Stylists never quite listen or do what he wants. He always has anxiety before hand. However, Victoria was wonderful listened to exactly what he wanted and he said it was the best haircut he’s ever had. She explained how they specialize in men’s cuts not just fades and buzz cuts but actual haircuts as well and she was fantastic. My 14 year old now refuses to go to anyone else.
