You can get a great cut at these places, or you can get a bad one. Know your stylist and look for new faces most every time you go. If you use the check in online function, do not just tell them you’ve arrived amd ASSUME you’re checked in. You MUST go to the touchscreen at the register and enter your phone number to show up “in-store.” Of you don’t, you’ll be sitting in the waiting area watching people walk in go ahead of you for hours of you don’t get activated… This has been my experience. Finally, I figured it out after lots of wasted time.

Wow, never did I ever expect me to give a review on a business, but that was by far the biggest waste of my time. I signed up online and had a wait time is 30 minutes. I got there right when my 30 minutes had ended, and I literally waited an hour and 20 minutes. I was respectful enough to not say anything rude, I just got my stuff and left.
