Today was my first time here and I was definitely not disappointed. I had my hair cut done by Capri and I definitely recommend her. She listened to what I wanted done and did exactly that. I opted for the MVP treatment which includes a head massage while they shampoo your hair, a hot towel with essential oils on your face that they also massage and then a neck & shoulder massage with a theragun. She trimmed my eyebrows and made sure I wasn’t looking ratchet when I left. The place smelled good and they had the football games on all the tvs. I will definitely be back again for my next haircut. Check in online and then arrive about 15 minutes before your turn! It’s a perfect set up! Thanks again Capri!

I walked in with my 9 year old grandson without an appointment. I was warmly greeted and ask if I had used their online service to schedule an appointment. I had not. I was then instructed to use their easy to use in-house kiosk to schedule the next available time which placed my grandson at #4, about an hour and fifteen minutes. This was fine and gave us time to go to home depot. We returned at the appointed time and he was taken in right away. Gina (Hairdresser) ask me what style of haircut I wanted for my grandson and did a wonderful job. My grandson later told me that he would go back every week. I attribute it to how famously they hit it off. They talked the entire time and I could see him at times smiling as they talked. She was absolutely the best. I highly recommend this establishment.

Just went to Sport Clips from a recommendation. I was very disappointed! They have a special for a free haircut if you redeem a ticket that they advertise. As my friend had mentioned, they give you a scalp massage as they’re washing your hair with a chair that vibrates that you are laying back in. My recommendation to them is don’t advertise something that is not true about a free haircut when you charge me $26.00 and expect a tip. Focus on haircuts and not the ridiculous so called scalp massage that I can do better while taking a shower.

First off, I had to leave my old barbershop of 12 years because my barber retired. Against my better judgment I went into Sports Clips for a simple haircut. I asked for half off the top while also trimming a bit more off the back along with a 2 on the sides with a fade towards the bottom until it reached a 1. The woman who took me was nice but I immediately noticed she was brand new in the industry. She cut half off the top and did not bother with the back like I asked and didn’t bother giving me a fade like I asked either. I thought of bringing this up but I made this very clear in the beginning by requesting this cut 2 times to her and simply realized that I’d rather not risk having her ruin my hair with her inexperience. I paid 28 dollars total which I thought was ridiculous granted that the barber that took care of me was brand new and as a result, I will simply keep looking for a new barbershop. This place seems fit for people that enjoy extra services like a “hot towel” or a “scalp massage” but I’m a simple guy that only wants a simple haircut and these extra services seem to be in place to distract people from the obvious lack of actual barber experience the staff possess. If and when they decide to offer actual haircuts and not a hedge trimming I’ll gladly come back and pay the price listed but as of right now it seems like you get a lot less bang for your buck here. Again the staff was incredibly nice and helpful with fast service. I just wish that the staff could be upfront about their inability to perform a cut instead of just not doing it at all.
