My husband and son came here for haircuts. They both get fades and the top trimmed. The gal that did their hair was horrible. They both looked like I had given them a Covid haircut. You know it’s bad when you high schooler son comes home and asks his mother to fix his hair. Considering I only cut hair when Covid shut everything down so I’m by no mean professional. Their cuts cost $50. The store sent an email asking how they did. I responded and told them we were not happy. I then received an email from someone named Deedee. She asked if they’d like her to fix their hair or how they could make it right. I responded by letting her know my husband and son did not want to go back and get hacked up more and that a refund would be great. Of course at that point all communication stopped. I do not recommend coming here especially if you want a nice haircut. I’m not sure why they even reached out considering they don’t care if their clients are satisfied. Again, avoid this place!

Terrible experience! Checked in online and verified in store. After patiently waiting for 35 minutes, my name dropped off of the waitlist due to a system or employee error. I informed the manager and she rudely informed me that “Im back to the bottom of the list”. What terrible customer service, you should be ashamed to treat a customer like that! Wase of time.

0 stars. So I went to the website and they stated they close at 8:00 .When I arrived at the location the lady asked me if I made an appointment on line. I replied I did not. Her reply was well we have a hour wait and we close at 7:00 as to say you can leave. Not we apologize sorry for the inconvenience or any customer relation style commits. Just we have a hour wait and we close at 7. I thought the website said 8. Been with sports clips for 5 years. I will not be going back.

Their in process program is not good. Even if you show up in person you still have to go online just to register to get in line. They will turn people away just because they haven’t done that. Thing about it is there is a cut off point when the website won’t let you register, and you will still get turned away even if they aren’t busy.
