The MVP treatment is a must have. Shampoo in the massaging chair with a hot towel treatment. Then back to the stylist station for a massage and the final check on your haircut with styling and product if you want it. The Staff there are always very professional and outstanding at what they do. I always look forward to getting my hair cut now because I know I’m going to leave there looking and feeling great!

I cannot believe how poor of a cut I received. I’ve been to this location many times in the past but this last one is my final one. I simply asked for a 2 on the side blended up to the top and leaving 2 inches up top so I can style it. Not only did I not receive this, but the cut is a nausea-inducing mess. The top is cut unevenly with complete disregard for what I asked for. The sides have been taken up past the top of my head to the point where it looks like I had asked for a mohawk. The stylist left multiple sections of the back long so they stick out inches past the rest of the poorly cut top. When I asked early on in the appointment if the stylist had read any mention of a blend up to the top from the sides, she proceeded to ad-lib some excuse about how it would need to be done because she had already taken the sides way too far up, past the point of salvaging. I now get to go back to college wearing a hat for the first month until this mess grows back out to something I can possibly display to the public.
