The stylist made it clear she was trying to get me in and out the door as quickly as possible. Paid for a triple play and I think was in there no longer than 15 minutes (that’s being generous). She expected me to dry my own hair after the shampoo?? I should’ve listened to the reviews and steered clear of this location. Attached was her attempt at a hard part, absolute joke.

Man this place really depends on the stylist you get. Some are great others, are not so great. I never know when I’m going to get my chance for my haircut so I just want whoever is next, wish the experience was better all the time.

I waited 20 minutes passed my recommend arrival time and I wasn’t notified of a longer wait nor acknowledged till it was finally my turn. No communication just started to cut my hair and didn’t listen to what I wanted/asked. I always get a triple play and I was not given an option today. I was charged for an mvp but it was not an mvp haircut. One steam towel and no scalp massage. The hair cut isn’t blended and it looks lopsided. I couldn’t ask her to fix it because it would’ve got worse. Horrible service. No regard for customer satisfaction.

Full disclosure; probably the worst experience I’ve had getting my haircut. Not only did Anna clip my head 3 times with the clippers, but she also ripped my hair out trying to be too fast or otherwise pulling the clippers off my head far too quick as some sort of “signature move”, of which a lot of hairstylist tend to do unfortunately, but never had my hair pulled out like this, let alone so many occasions in ONE SITTING. I will NEVER go to this location, nor the Bothell location where Anna works Ever Again. We’ve all had our head nicked before, but never have I had 3 times and my hair pulled on One haircut. On top of that, this isn’t the only time I’ve had this experience with the same hairstylist. She’s honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced in the 20 years I’ve been getting my own haircuts. The list goes on with this experience but needless to say, she should not be a hairstylist in this lifetime or the next.

The owner or primary supervisor was rude and could not help his staff. He also refused to honor the price posted. The owner had two associates on duty and they could not figure out the register so they called for help. The transaction took 20 minutes and wasn’t resolved correctly. Haircut

Update: My husband spoke with the owner and instead of just doing the right thing and refunding – They offered him a free MVP hair cut for next time.. Terrible service. Clearly not going to utilize the free hair cut.

One of the worst places in Mill Creek. We reserved a haircut online and arrived at the salon on time. The Asian barber (she called herself Hanna) told us that the online system is broken and she has 2 people (who arrived later than us) that had booked before and had to be taken first. After asking a few questions about what went wrong with the system, it turned out they are her friends and nobody had done any online reservation. Eventually, she declined to provide us a service and told us to contact her manager as she does not care about reviews. When she was asked to contact the manager, she declined. Horrible customer service!!! Will never return to this place!

Place is clean, friendly, and has comfy waiting area. Checking in and out are super easy. Staff were awesome! Price was a little high, but not ridiculously so. I would say it’s a good place to get your hair cut or your beard trimmed.
