Took my son here 5 years ago for a basic trim and they butchered his hair. When I asked them to fix it the hairdresser kept arguing with me. I had to ask a different stylist to step in because she refused to listen. 5 years later no appointments anywhere so we decided to try this place one more time and butchered again. Basic fade failed! You could see the lines from shorter you darker everywhere. It was not even all the way around. Basic lines around face she missed entirely. Never again. Also I asked her to clean the edges up and argued again. Unreal. Taking people money at least try to listen and make the customer happy. We keep you on business people

Soooo I’ve been coming here since they opened. I really liked the idea of the app, checking in before you arrive so you don’t have to wait. I’m giving to 2 stars because, I honestly always have to wait! Sometimes I don’t mind, you can watch whatever they have on the TV. But don’t put a zero wait time or a 10 min wait time. I almost always wait 20 to 40 additional minutes before. And we know, there’s not a lot of chit chat going on here.

Called the first time and got a pretty good haircut. They enroll you in the system and you then need to go online and see wait time and jump in line. This time it said 0 min wait. So I drove over and “checked in” which I would assume means your here. Then it says wait 15min. I go on 15 min later and it says I’m not here, so she puts me as here…. 30min longer wait! I watch 2 employees struggle to help a guy who bought a “season pass” and couldn’t get credit for it. Felt bad for him as they start asking what happened last time he was there. Now I’m at 2 min till my haircut. The chair is empty. My barber is sweeping the floor. I look back over she is gone….. 20min more back on the board! WTH! I went to foodland and got lunch. Got a text saying haircut is ready now. I come in and … surprise, more time on the clock. It was well over an hour. I feel bad for the guys that had 1hr 15min on the clock. The only thing sports-like about this place is the 2 min warning isn’t 2 min!

Completely disappointed with the result of my hair cut. The man who cut my hair didn’t understand the haircut i had asked for which is simple medium skin fade. I was given a low taper fade that wasn’t faded in the least. Then when i asked to get it fixed he proceeded to only cut the back while leaving the sides the same length with out fading in my hair at all. I have came to this and multiple different spotsclips in the past and i have never gotten this type of service before. I had asked for a little off the top and normal they cut the top with scissors and the stylist used clippers. And never once blowdryed the hair off me leaving me covered in hair when i walked out.
