I will never go to this business again. I checked in online at the Milford/Miami Township, OH location. I’ve gone there for about 10 years. The wait was 24 minutes. I was in the store 8 minutes later. I was 2nd in line on the board. The wait was a little longer than 24 minutes. I was On Deck for 10 minutes after the initial 24+ minutes. I even got a text. The guy before on the board me was taken. I was next. The stylist “Storm” then bumped me for some guy who just showed up and was behind me on the board about 22 minutes. She apparently knew this guy. She then changed my wait from “on deck” to 22 minutes. I already waited over half an hour. This is ridiculous and shows total lack of consideration for customers. I don’t have all day; my time is valuable. The whole point of their check in online is so you are not waiting all day. I do not feel valued at all. I will not be back.

Lavette (hope I spelled that right) made what I had expected to just be a haircut into a true spa like experience. From the hot towels, to the head massage and shampooing, to the exquisite care taken for my cut itself, there is no other place I’ll go, and no other stylist if I can help it. Lavette is the queen of clips.

Showed up to get a haircut for my son the day before school pictures, walk in and one person sitting waiting for a haircut, 2 stylists on staff that tell me an hour plus wait because we didn’t check in online, mind you one person there 2 stylists, one child haircut and hour wait, obviously they are too good to work and do their jobs effectively or care to take care of customers so we will take our business elsewhere from now on
