By far the worst haircut experience of my life. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Haven’t shaved my face since 2012 and had no plans to anytime soon. Went to Sport Clips in Milford today for a haircut and told the lady I would trim my beard at home. After the haircut she put the razor by my ear for what I assumed was to clean up the line but immediately ran the razor straight down my face. Yes its just hair and yes it will grow back but the 1/2 off they offered doesn’t really make me feel any better. The lady that did the damage tried to get me to pay full price and to be honest I should not have paid a penny. I was in shock , paid the half price and got out as fast as I could, I will never be back!!

We’ve taken my son to sports clips for the last year or so after previously using cost cutters which was very hit or miss. Every cut he’s gotten here has looked amazing and the price is great. I have been here at least 20 times and never got disappointed. But This time I was disappointed way beyond expected. One Asian woman cut my hair who did not understand English. She messed up everything and was eager to finish my cut in 5 minutes. She literally turned me 180 degree away from mirror and worked on my hair. I couldn’t even see what is going on until she said its done. Then I tried to tell her few modifications and she messed up more. The wash after haircut was too hot and she soaked my back with water. She didn’t even dry my hair and I had to walk out with wet hair.

I will NEVER go back here. I worked right next door and went in one day. Putting myself down on this paper because their computers were down at the “moment”. i Looked around and chose to wait at my job since they have my number and it was only a walk away ( one store). While at my job i looked out the window and noticed people who were waiting were leaving…. I waited and thought they would call me. about 45 mins after i decided to walk in. My name was on the list STILL and ALL of the seats were taken. So i asked, hey what about my spot? Couple of the women started bickering saying they needed someone at the front. NO you NEEDED to check the list YOU ALL put out. Anyway they offered me to come in the chair after the next person instead of NEXT IN LINE….. I just wouldnt go there ever again… Felt HEAVILY mistreated!

Honestly they suck. They clearly only know how to cut white peoples hair, which is lame but, I am also white and my hair cut was horrible, there is bold spot on the side, the back is all Messed up no type of fade, she took the scissor and cut the front of my hair straight as if I was four years old…. my nephew could of done a better job, I go there bc My barber moved away and I been there customer for years and they suck. Period point blank!! Yea I guess they are nice but being nice Doesn’t help you when you pay $30 for a horrible hair cut.. sorry not sorry, truth hurts..

Whoever runs this location should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been here a few times but will never go back. First couple times I went there was a few guys waiting and 3 of the stylists went on break leaving 1 by herself. Just went in now and again there was 1 stylist by herself and she told me there was a 116 minute wait. This place isn’t worth waiting that long. Do yourself a favor and go to a place where the people actually deserve your money.

Sat for 40 minutes after checking in. Wasted 40 minutes sitting at this place only to watch people come in and go before me because they checked in online. Horrible, horrible service. I’m sitting there like a duck waiting for my turn and the more people show up after me the more I am pushed back. I had to ask her directly, are people just going to go before me? Even tho I checked in and have been waiting for 40 minutes? The answer was yes, because they checked in online. Seriously, thank you for FU. I’ll go to a private place that knows how to treat clients who are physically present at the establishment.

The haircutter, I can’t find the respect to say hairdresser or barber, didn’t even know what a fade was. I asked for a skin fade and my entire sides were cut to skin. Didn’t blend the top into the sides and it just looks awkward and bad.
