I often struggle to find comfort in getting a hair cut. I’m pretty stubborn on how I feel about lines. I had THE single most amazing experience when dealing with Shemetria(spelling wrong). She was prompt, methodical, tender when needed, precise, and I felt cared for as an individual. She was so fun and kind. I’ve found my barber! I live in Edmond and hardly in MWC and will still be scheduling regular cuts with her. Please do yourself a favor and go see Shemeetra(tried a different spelling). Lastly, schedule online, never walk in. It’s a huge wait if you do. Get the MVP every time, it’s worth it!

Ended up walking out before using. This store normally is amazing. The two individuals working did not seem to have any care about customer service and promptness. Check in for my sons first Haircut at Sportclips, on the board 17 minutes. Yay, now we are down to 6 min. Another person walks in, checks in and we are at 13, he is at 5. Wont be going back to any sports clips corporate ot franchised ever again. We both are on deck soon enough, and they would rather joke, and check phones instead of cleaning up for the next customer. Oh and he still was called up before us, as we are both “on the deck”. Even a 7 year old what happened? Simply told him, dont worry about it we or the bothers wont be going back.

Super sad today. Been going to the MWC, Ok location for years. Checked in online. Arrived at the store at the time recommended. Checked in at the store, and waited “on deck – in store” for forty plus minutes. Then got a text that said my appointment was cancelled. I asked why and they said they thought I was in car. I said it said in store. Then the one stylest working said to the two ladies standing around yes he’s been here. Had to leave because I wouldn’t wait any longer. They acted like this was my fault. I honestly didn’t know who was actually working. Time to find a new place.

I have been going here for years. Today I checked in online and it said three minute wait. I then proceeded to wait almost 50 minutes in the waiting room before I walked out. No urgency at all from the employees. Time to find a new place.

Shameitra did a fantastic job, really took her time and made sure my haircut was exactly as I wanted it. Excellent shampooing with head massage as well!! I was recently in-town for a funeral and she showed empathy and really took care of me, even going so far as to writing out the instructions of my haircut for me to give to my local Sports Clips stylists.

My son was there an hour and a half in the chair, without a shampoo or anything extra just a cut. Stylist definately not experienced. The manager was awesome, she made up for it. Love the place but will not ever let my son have that stylist again.
