Chris did a great hair cut. Thanks. While cutting my hair he berated a customer that called in to ask if they were open. He has an anti customer service attitude. While there a customer asked how long the wait time was, and instead of answering just a few minutes, he pointedly asked the customer rudely, “well do you see anyone else waiting, no? Ok then it will be just a few minutes.” He doesn’t make the experience like it should be.

So for starters I know this place is not specifically for kids, but I took my 6 year old son there to get a hair cut. You could tell that the lady didn’t want to do his hair and she didn’t do a very good job either. She didn’t cut around the ears and left the front of his bangs uneven and overall did a really bad haircut. I have taken him to a sports clips before and that lady did a great job. I am so frustrated that I had to come home and fix the hair cut! So next time I’ll just take him to cookie cutters!

Avoid this location! Just about every barber who could cut hair half decent is gone. On Saturday they only had two people cutting hair and the guy I got, according to the conversation he was having with the other stylist, was not done with training. I should have walked out right then, but I didn’t and proceeded to get the worst haircut of my life. The barber literally did not know how to cut hair and kept showing me the attachments to the trimmer like I was supposed to know how to cut my hair? Half way through he admitted “I don’t know how to fades and stuff like that, that is what stylists do I am just a barber.” What does that even mean??
