Well I WAS going to go there today for the first time as other sports clips locations have been good. I checked in on the website with an 80 minute wait time. That’s fine. 30 minutes later I double checked to see if it was the same and THEY REMOVED ME from the wait list. Now the wait time was two hours. No thank you. If you guys can’t even handle an online check in right, why the hell should I trust you with an actual haircut. I mean imagine if I had shown up and they had lost my check in and wasted my time! Lost a customer without me even setting foot in there. Good job.

It’s amusing reading all the petty complaints, all it takes is explaining what you want, and not settling. I’ve been to this place multiple times me and my boys. Every time we leave with professional haircuts, and enjoy the conversation. Remember the only people leaving ratings are negative, it’s sad that people who get amazing service stay quiet.
