The service was absolutely fantastic, I had had a very long and hard day at work and went in expecting a mediocre hair cut, as I’ve never been to a sports clips before. But my stylist and the cut, of both my hair and beard were out of this world. Ms. Sierra did an awesome job and I will be returning from here on out. Customer service was amazing and cannot recommend this location enough.

This is what they did to my step son’s hair. Luckily when I took him back in the manager actually knew what she was doing and fixed it the best she could. They still did not give a refund or even offer a credit and he had to go to school like that! Be careful who you let cut your hair here.

Don’t get Katelyn Go at your own risk apparently there’s been more than one person With a bad haircut Got a bad haircut she didn’t listen to what I wanted Completely messed up my beard gave me a bowl cut pretty much and had scissor marks in my hair had to go Pay a salon to get my Haircut fixed And call the locations let them know to try to also get a refund and they refuse and didn’t even offer a Discount for the next time I come in to incentivize me coming back they did offer to fix it but was too afraid that they would of messed up again will not go back Will not recommend to anybody I know
