Critical: PunctualitySports Clips no longer has a means to support walk in clients. If you do not check in on their app, be prepared to never get your hair cut although I guess if you don’t have cable, then at least you’d get to watch an hour of ESPN. ♂️ If you walk in and sign in and others have signed in on the app, you continuously get bumped to the bottom. An appropriate management technique would be to “zipper in” both sets of client and if they’d like give priority to the app check in. That would be fine but when they take 4 clients ahead of you and you look up at the board and you are now 5 more clients lower you start to wonder what the deal is.
