The management team sucks their crew are horrible at until Michelle came on she’s great at her job. They let her go and all the other people that were good didn’t stay long . I won’t be back to this location again. I’ll go to the Kenner shop instead. I’d advise the owner to clean house and start over. Haircut, Hair hydration treatments

I’ve been going to Sports Clips for almost 12 years, and I was extremely loyal. But this Metairie location is completely mismanaged on a regular basis. All their TVs on the same football game, unhelpful/uncaring staff, none of their technology ever works. This time the manager required me to tell her what the channel number was for her cable network, and did anything and everything before just changing one game OUT Of SPITE. This place is garbage don’t come here.

Im not giving this business my name, address, and phone number just to get a haircut. I’m sure the barbers are qualified and nice, but this is not for me. I already get too many spam texts and calls.

Very pricey….think ill stick with the good old barbershop. Maybe I am just getting old but $29 dollars for a medium skin fade is too much. Nice staff though!

Coming here from Miami where barbor shops rule for great haircuts, its a chamge from what im accustomed. Nice place. Friendly staff. Download the app to check in ahead of time. Courtney gave me a great haircut and she’s easy to talk to. Give it a shot. It’s an ok haircut in a city where barber shops are rare.

Critical: PunctualitySports Clips no longer has a means to support walk in clients. If you do not check in on their app, be prepared to never get your hair cut although I guess if you don’t have cable, then at least you’d get to watch an hour of ESPN. ‍♂️ If you walk in and sign in and others have signed in on the app, you continuously get bumped to the bottom. An appropriate management technique would be to “zipper in” both sets of client and if they’d like give priority to the app check in. That would be fine but when they take 4 clients ahead of you and you look up at the board and you are now 5 more clients lower you start to wonder what the deal is. So to boil it all down, either use the app, or just don’t go and honesty there are so many better small local barbers that going to this commercialized place is a travesty in and of itself here in the NOLA area.Service: HairstylingSports Clips no longer has a means to support walk in clients.
