Have been three times since 2020 and never disappointed. Each stylist has been sympathetic, kind, and overall awesome to my little boy. I thought that since this place had new employees that it deserved another chance from the last horrific visit. I have never been to a salon that is as rude as this one. Don’t bother to sign in an hour before closing, they will yell at you and tell you that the wait is to long and that they do not have time for you. So I told them we will just leave then and she yelled at me “Thank you!” I can understand the location may have been busy that day, and that could have been expressed in more of a professional manner. I will NEVER bring my children back to this location.

It started off ok but then the comments that were made from the district manager were completely uncalled for. When you have a 2 year old and they won’t sit still, it’s only natural to apologize. Well when I did she said, “It’s not the kids that bother me, it’s the parents that do.” So after that I just let her do what she had to do. The experience was so bad that their Grandmother had to interfere and come take my son away from the situation. After we left she told me what happened. Well while the one lady was holding my son another lady started to cut his hair. My son had enough because after the 1.5 hour wait it was already lunchtime and nap time so he was screaming so bad. The lady cut his hair was bending his ear so far back and then she went at his hair by his ear with the sharp pair of scissors towards his eye. As my son is freaking out you don’t have scissors going towards his eye because one move in that direction she would have poked his eye out! Needless to say I’ll be learning how to do their hair from now on,

Expect an EXTREMELY long wait as a walk in! However, their online check-in, and subsequent 15 minute advance notice “on deck next” by text, allows one to escape an eternity sitting in the small waiting area, just don’t stray too far. Parking is a congested mess. Stylist was pleasant, and my hair was cut right. I would give 5 stars, but the surprise charge of $10 added to the bill, simply because my hair touched my shoulders, is quite gouging. I mean, a 2-inch cut is still only 2 inches, irregardless the length of my hair.

On January 29 I treated my 79 year old friend to the works. He is frail elderly. Hair stylistTiffany (Tip) was absolutely wonderful with him! Helped us get to her station and was very kind and gentle through the encounter. We asked for the works and she delivered! His self image was improved immensely. Our tip was not nearly enough of a thankyou. Please honor her in any generous way possible.

I enjoyed my experience at sport clips, there the best. Everyone of the team members are always friendly, kind an helpful. Everyone seems to do there best to get customers in an out in a timely manner. Although it seems super busy it must be overwhelming to the stylist, they do a great job or keeping there cool with all clients. It seems unfair sometimes when clients get stressed over the wait time an take there frustration out on the stylist that are steady working .I see each one takes the same time on each client so they have a good experience while there in sport clips. I love all the girls an will always recommend coming here
