Lady was very unprofessional and ruined my hair. she maybe said five words to me and yawned every 20 seconds. felt like she didn’t want to be there and felt rushed through my cut have no idea what the back of my neck looks like because she never showed me. I’m just shocked I’ve never been displeased with a haircut there. I’ve always been very happy with my cuts there. I was able to walk in and get a haircut almost instantly. Super great service and friendly stylists. It was very comfortable environment and clean.
