I have gone to two sports clips. The one I usually go to the one at 9005 US-94 Suite 102 The last few couple of time that I have been there the employees had not been friendly at all so I quit going to sports clip for a while. I decided to give sports clip a second chance and went to the one at 2323 N. Germantown Parkway #103. I had Teri cut my hair. Teri was was very friendly and professional and I enjoy my experience there.

My husband and I went inside to get him a hair cut. He sat in the chair for over an hour repeatingly telling the one who was cutting his hair, how he wanted it, also showed them two pictures and he kept messing it up. I, myself had to tell him as well and he messed up his hair. He cut too much of it, bringing his hairline in the back too far up. The sides are not even. And he didn’t even match it up to his beard which made it look so much worse. We’ve went there previously one time before and again it didn’t come out right. We were going to try again but with another hair barber, and again it came out bad. When he called to try to get his money back, the barber was kind of argumentative and very rude. He told my husband that he wasted his(the barber)time. Not professional nor worth the money. Still waiting for a refund which we were told they were gonna call back but haven’t yet. Now my husband has to go somewhere else and pay more money to get a new and different haircut but not sure what else he would be able to get without going fully clean shave on his head because how messed up it is. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a haircut.
