I just wanna suggest to the stylists…. When a curly mom tells you to cut just a little bit off their curly kids hair, you LISTEN!!!! I took my boy there to get a cut for picture day tomorrow… I said, cut a little (showed exactly how much) off the sides and back, nothing off the top but she thought she knew better and cut it all over!! He little hates it and I see why, she cut WAY too much off all over!! Curls shrink!!! He wanted it telling on top and now he’s got bangs that go to the middle of his forehead. My grandmother literally has the same haircut! He’s a teen, looks matter and I can’t blame him for wanting to stay home from school tomorrow to avoid the embarrassment of this haircut going into the yearbook. We won’t be returning in fear of getting this stylist again. And she had the audacity to try and sell some hair products to me we’re trying to fix this, never ever again replicate it!!! Now off to find a barber to clean up this mess for him!! Lucky for her I didn’t wanna embarrass him any further and say something in the store. SMH. If I could give zero stars I would!

I had intended on only having my crazy son’s hair cut (we previously had gone to a local children’s salon but I had been disappointed the past few cuts). My daughter asked if she could get hers cut as well and the stylist was happy to accommodate. Colbie cut my 3yo boy’s hair. She was super patient and made him feel comfortable and gave him a really great cut in a short amount of time. Miranda cut my daughter’s hair going from shoulder length to this really adorable and nicely done chin length cut with layers in the back! I was so pleasantly surprised and she loves her hair. My expectations were exceeded by my experience at this McMurray location. The app worked perfectly for reserving my spot in line. The service was the right blend of professionalism and personable touch. The notes in the computer were available even though I’ve never been to this location which was very convenient. My hair stylist Erin executed the cut flawlessly. She didn’t push idle small talk nor did she push hair product, both of which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be back.

This was actually my first time ever going to a Sport Clips not to mention my first professional haircut in over 4 years and I gotta say the service was fantastic! My hair cut looks great, Michelle was very kind and talented! The way you can reserve a spot online then walk inside at your recommended time and check in so easily is amazing! Becky was fabulous. As a female in a male shop I present a real challenge but Becky truly stepped up. I was so pleased with what she accomplished. Not only did she give me a cut that will be able to easily accommodate my wearing a wig she was able to create a look that will enable me to go out in public without one! That is a pro. It was my first time going to Sports Clips. I always had bad experiences at super cuts and when I left Sports Clips I was not upset (neither was my girlfriend). The staff was friendly and we’re fun to talk to. The staff also listened and cut my hair as close as possible to a picture I brought in. The hair cut was great. I would recommend this location to everyone.

My husband has been very sick and waiting to be placed on the Liver Transplant list. We had a Veteran function to go to and I wanted him to look good for it. We met Candice who took great care of him and made him feel very special. She did a great job on his hair and even gave us the Veteran free haircut a day early since we could not gone back on Sunday. Thanks so much Candice and Sports Clips for baking my hubby feel very special and like a new man. Definitely will come back again soon! ❤️
