Went to get a fresh cut ahead of a wedding reception I was headed to that weekend. I don’t remember the last time I’ve left a review for something, but this had to be the best haircut I’ve had in recent memory. Now, note that there was a 220-minute waiting list – but for good reason. Make sure to book ahead of time online!

Had a really great experience with this place today. I took my 4-year-old, who generally hates hair cuts and has a really tough time getting through one. But the person who cut his hair (who’s name I asked for but am completely blanking on right now—she had purple hair, overall really cool person)—she was so calm and patient with him! She was taking her time to go at his pace, and was being very gentle. My boy took a little longer than what a typical amount of time is for a simple cut, but she didn’t rush him EVEN though we ended up staying a little past closing time. At the end everyone was helping him clean up, offering him talcum powder… Overall they made what’s usually a stressful experience a huge relief. Thank you!

I just wanted to come here and congratulate Guadalupe (the kind lady with a bright smile and bleached hair)on the amazing fade she did for me considering I have 2 cowlicks that are basically next to each other that seem to get the best of most other barbers or stylists I’ve been to. I always wait the longest before getting a haircut as I work 12 hour days, and anytime someone can actually make me feel amazing I have to rave about them. I’ll be looking forward to my next appointment.

Tired of their lack of respect for people’s time. I have been going here for years and Mercy is fantastic. The problem lies in when you sign in online and are given a time. Then when you get there at said time it is often delayed up to an hour. Seriously might as well be dealing with the airlines. Please respect people’s time and schedules. Thank you

If you come to this location DO NOT GET GUADALUPE !!!! this is some girl that has bleached hair and bad attitude. We come to this location several times and this was the first she was there and we were unlucky enough to have her cut our kid’s hair… she did a horrible job and after we addressed it she kept saying that my boys hair was probably cut at home because it was already messed up… when we’ve never touch my sons hair …
