Walked in at 4:01 pm, Sunday 8/21/22 there sign and website say they close at 5pm. They said they aren’t taking any more walk-ins and they close at 4. (????) Then they just turned there head as to say leave. First off just say that at we are booked for the day no need to say 4pm when that is clearly not accurate. Secondly here is another piece of advice say, “sorry we are booked for the day can we set a time for you tomorrow”. Very rude experience for a first impression. Just be polite about the situation, I know that it is late in the day and I could have come earlier. My recommendation is to find a different business that may appreciate your business. For myself and two sons we will not be using them.

Check-in is done online or at the store. The waiting time is long. Staff is nice and the environment is relaxing. Good product selection.

I checked in online before arriving and the app wait time was inaccurate, instead of a 10 min wait it now said 25 min. I selected the next available stylist and ended up waiting 45 minutes only for the next available stylist to allow someone who came and checked in 20 min after me (in store, not on the app), but specifically selected her, to go in front of me and now I was expected to wait another 5-10 min while the other stylist finished up her client and cleaned the work station. Completely unacceptable. I left without a haircut and completely wasted my lunch hour.

Been to this establishment 3 times And cut by 3 different employees and they do not know how to fade. I wish they would focus on cutting hair vs trying to upsell. My job requires for me to travel and I’ve used sports clips across the US and I’ve never had this issue!! So disappointed!! Haircut

She is so nice and such a professional. I’m just in a better mood after I leave when Tania cuts my hair. Critical: ProfessionalismI arrived at 527 this afternoon. Both stylist were finishing their customers. The 1 closest to the door said we close at 6 go somewhere else. I asked if 30 minutes wasn’t enough time to cut my short military cut? She said I want to go home so no. The other person said I’ll do it for you. So I waited. She began a conversation with the customer she had doing a double MVP and completed the cut at 556. Then she told me I’m sory we close in 4 minutes I won’t cut your hair. Again I was instructed that I should try another establishment. She suggested I drive to another sports clips and start my wait over since they closed at 7. The hostess and the person seating were not great. The table they were seating is at was dirty, when mentioned it The seating person shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Luckily the bus boy heard me and said, this isn’t my section but we can’t have you seating at a dirty table. The busboy and waitress saved the first impression of this Texas Roadhouse. The food was good.

We took our kids for a haircut today. When we signed in, we could not remember if both our kids had been there before or not, but the sign in computer stated that only one of our kids had been there. Debbie, who is a manager there, cut our youngest son’s hair. We requested the varsity haircut. When she completed the haircut, she told my wife that first time customers can get a courtesy hair wash, so my wife agreed to it. Debbie took our son to the wash room and completed the hair wash. While there, she questioned our son until he stated that maybe he had been there. She came back to the front and confronted my wife that our son had told her it was not his first time there. She proceeded to charge us for an MVP cut, which we did not request to begin with. My wife argued with her that their computer system showed our son had not been there. Debbie made a scene in front of other customers and proceeded to try to embarrass us into paying for the MVP service. Again, I state that we did not request that service. Debbie offered it, their system showed we were first time customers, and then she went behind our backs to question our son until convincing him to say that we were not first time customers just so that she can charge more for the haircut. We will not return to this place. The owner should check this manager’s ethics. It was an embarrassing experience and we will not return. Be careful when you visit this place for a haircut. We’ve been to better ones. Terrible!
