They never hire people who can actually cut hair. And if they do, those people never stay. Please stop hiring people who can’t do fades when the place primarily caters to men. You also can’t fix it when you already took too much off. Seriously, don’t do a hard line or anything like that if you have jittery hands and make it wide and don’t even properly fade it per SPECIFIC instructions. Then hide the mistakes after the fact with gel. If you actually want it to look right, go to a real barbershop bec they will screw it up.

I booked for the first time through the app for a haircut and got there about 20 minutes early. Immediately I entered, One of the stylist, Taylor, virtually shouted over the client she was working with, at me rudely asking I should check in through the app. I said I had tried but for some reason I’m not able to. Before I could ask her to check on her system to see if there was a problem she curtly said that the reason I cannot do this is because the store was closing in 15 minutes. I looked again at the app and it stated that the store was meant to close at 8pm and this was at 5:45 pm. She said there’s nothing she can do about it. I had driven 30 mins to be met by a severely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I had read terrible things about others’ experiences with this franchise and now see what a lot of this is all about. Such a darn shame! Why even bother opening a location if this is what you have to offer?

Terrible service. They got notes about the haircut from someone who wasn’t me. I know this because this was the first time I had been to this one. I asked for only a little bit cut off the side and they nearly shaved all my sides off. It looked terrible. They did not tend to my sideburns when I asked them to and unevenly cut my bangs. Never coming back again, terrible service.

This place has seen better days but now it just sucks. I checked in and waited for Paulina. Eta was showing 20 minutes but she was not even in the store. Waited 35 min and then left. Won’t come back again!!!

I got a cut from Alex, she was really kind during the time I was there. I’m a mixed race individual with coily hair, I feel like she knew exactly how to work with my hair and was very professional with her approach. I requested a similar hair cut to Patrick Mahomes and got just that. If not better! Afterwards, I got a wonderful hair wash in the massage chair, and the experience was rounded off with a warm tea tree towel to relax my face.
