Terrible customer service. I was the only client in today waiting. I asked if I was next and was told they were waiting on next client who booked online. Mind you nobody was there but me waiting to be taken care of. I stated I was the only one here. She said well we are waiting. I decided not to get my haircut here and you all lost a client due to this and not serving the customer. This is inconsiderate and the ladies here are rude.

DO NOT go here unless you are okay with them training on your hair. I have been here many times and there is only 1 stylist that knows what she is doing. Other than that everyone else I have gotten always leaves my fade with hard lines, crooked lines, weird line up, a different cut than what I asked for. It seems as if they have never performed a fade or simple trim. Hair styling students will do the same or better and cheaper. You also wait around for about an hour.

I’ve never been to write reviews so this review should be telling based on the experience my family had. We checked online for my husband and 2 kids. We got here and had seen a new sign (we have been coming here for awhile) and said parents cannot come back and kids had to sit alone. I thought they needed the ability to sit still so no problem my toddler can do that. But no they don’t even allow you to be there to comfort your child or guide them what to do. They weren’t nice about it either.

Awful. I check in on the app. It tells me I have 30 minutes wait which turns into an hour. The. I drive here. The board shows me in store. I wait another 10 minutes and they give my spot to someone else while I’m sitting there. Manager just says “Oh, I’m sorry” and I would have to wait another 20 minutes. No thanks. Won’t be going here again.

This is a good place to come for a good price haircut. Amy attempted to cut my 2 year old sons hair and he never sits still and is very dramatic screaming and crying but she was a good sport and did the best she could with out hurting him, she was patient and understanding which made it better for me. I will def come back and maybe we will have a better day.
