Show up 10 to 15 minutes early before they open because there usually is a 2+ hour wait. If you do this you should be one of the first people in and get out fairly quickly. They cut my son’s hair for school and did a pretty good job. The stylist who cut his hair was really great to him. Very affordable prices as well.

Myself and my two sons have been coming to this location since it opened. Kiah is great and we have used other stylists as well. Since Covid trying to get appointments has been near impossible. After several attempts to get an apt with a specific stylist I tried to be ready as soon the store opened (today is Sunday so it was 11:05) I was on at 11:06 and the system was already 2 hours out. The specific stylist (Kiah) was 4 hours out. I was parked in front and walked in and they did there best ti get me on the list but the wait was to 3:00.

Don’t ever go to this location. The extremely long wait times (often over 4 hrs!) make this location unfeasible, even with online check-in (which isn’t accurate). In fact, the app often says they’re at capacity and won’t take any more check ins.

1.45 hour wait in the lobby if you don’t make an online appointment. Stylist i had barely spoke English. Was getting to the point of me just leaving as trying to explain how i wanted my hair cut was proving problematic. After the 4th go around.. she kinda understood. I have been going here for 4-5 years since all of the local places have changed ownership or closed. For the price, the cut I get is great. I think it depends on who you get a bit, but they are always pretty on it. Their on-line scheduling system can use some work, but it has gotten a bit better over time. The huge bonus is my 3-4 minutes of the hot towel and scalp massage. Always Amazing!
