If you do go here, DO NOT get your haircut from Suzie. She did not listen to what I wanted, when I showed a picture of what I wanted she did not pay attention. Told her to keep the top long and to do a faded taper on the back. Instead, she cut the top extremely short, did not taper the back, and missed spots on the sides and back. Worst haircut I have ever had. I will not be coming back. I would give 0 stars if I could

Like so many places these days, reservations are online. But You can also reserve in person. If you go in early, you can make a reservation before the online system does. Good stylists, but understaffed. End of June 2022 we went in first thing to get 2 haircuts and there was a line at the door but only 1 stylist instead of the usual 2-3. The solo stylist was apologetic, but we had to wait 40 and 60 minutes for a cut.

I get the point of online check in. That said, if the people that checked in online aren’t here and at least one staff member isn’t actively doing much, how exactly does that business model work? I have had one crummy cut (a fade, high and tight was complicated) and one good cut and now I’m chilling outside having been turned away an hour before the updated closing times.
