That was my first time at the Gammon location and my experience was awesome! I called the one on University and explained that I was a woman of color and I needed the best candidate! To my surprise the young lady referred me to Kenya on Gammon Rd. Kenya was awesome she cute my hair really good as I do have very fine hair in certain spots! I’m pleased and will be returning back soon!

I decided to take my three-year-old son here for his 1st haircut ever as he had been asking for a haircut for some time and was very excited. I expected this visit to be fun and memorable but unfortunately that was not the case. My son and I entered to receive haircuts together and he was seated 1st. I explained that this was my son’s 1st haircut and would love to get as many pictures and video is possible. The lady cutting my hair had a snooty ghetto attitude and explained to me that she would not be in any photos or video and that she does not do cameras. I thought this was rather rude and petty considering the situation and line of profession. Every time I would take a picture the lady would throw her hands in the air and dramatically step back as to not be caught in the photo. I was very disappointed with the attitude, conduct and professionalism. And that’s not even the worst part of my visit!!! I thoroughly explained the length and style in which I would like my son’s haircut I also used several photos for reference and we covered this 3 times during the beginning of the haircut!!!. Before my haircut began my son’s hair was at a perfect length and told her not to cut anymore off the top that I love it the way it is just way it is just trim up the sides and back.!!! Then my haircut began and I was no longer able to supervise every moment. After a few minutes I looked back at my son and seeing his hair had been cut several inches shorter than I previously stated as satisfactory.!!!! I feel that this was done intentionally as the lady was rather petty during the is during The Visit. Not to mention that for the combined total of our haircuts Coming out to over $50 together…. The quality of the haircut was sub par and rather disappointing over all. This was my 1st experience at this establishment and I will not be coming back.

Easy to get in for a quick clip as long as there is no wait. This location has much better energy than the Fitchburg location and I’m sure it is due to the team. It would be a nice addition to have a call ahead option for appointments. They take only walk-ins. I have visited in the past with long wait and left due to it.

I went to the 701 shops location at 10am on Saturday June 25th. There were 2 stylist not doing anything with an empty store. I was told even if I sign up online I have to wait two hours. I never been told this before. I have walked in and gotten a haircut before. I have signed up and walked in when there is a list of people ahead but no one is there I got my haircut. To have two stylist sitting on their phone denying me a haircut with an empty store just show me they are lazy and don’t understand the actual protocol for how the sign up and walk in works. I’m extremely disappointed. No other location has done this before. I’m not sure the names but I’m sure you can look up the location and who was working that day. To have them on their phone denying haircuts with an empty store even though there is a list, seems like a loss of revenue. They are getting paid but not actually working. Hopefully this is reviewed and they are taught how to actually run a business. Complete poor reflection on the SportsClips name.

Its good. They are always short staffed but the haircuts are good. Most times their is a wait so you will want to sign in online or wait alot longer.

Our stylist was just awesome! I wish i remembered her name….she had dark hair and I think her tag said manager or assistant mgr. She gave my (very picky) son his favorite haircut ever. She offered us coupons and even retroactively used one because we told her we were in the week prior to get my other son’s haircut. She even told us because he liked it so much, she would make notes in his file so we knew exactly what they did so they can do it again!
