Positive: ProfessionalismMy son, Scotty, has Down Syndrome and absolutely hates his head touched. He even has a hard time when his sister, who is a cosmetologist, cuts his hair. My son, Scotty, has Down Syndrome and absolutely hates his head touched. He even has a hard time when his sister, who is a cosmetologist, cuts his hair. However, he absolutely loves Becky at Sports Clip. She is so good with him, he loves seeing her, and getting the VIP treatment is the best! Awesome service, awesome place, awesome staff.

Critical: QualitySometimes you can get a great haircut here but often times they’ll do a rush job and it won’t come out great. I got my haircut by Bailee today and I could tell she was definitely was trying to rush through it. There were some minor things she messed up on that I asked her to fix and even after she “fixed” them it still looks bad. I didn’t realize how bad it was this time until I got home however. She put a fade on the sides and like no fade in the back and it looks ridiculous. She also faded my sideburns into my beard uneven and it’s almost an inch lower in my left side. You shouldn’t have to wonder if you’ll be getting a quality cut when your paying almost 20 bucks, I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.
