If I could give this a zero I would. we asked for ONE inch off ONE about three inches off our hairdresser is trying to do layers when we just asked for a simple trim this is NOT what we asked for, she did what she wanted to do ignoring us after we said to stop cutting. never coming back here again awful service

felt too rushed from the very beginning. No communication from the hair stylist, looks like she was in a rush or disappointed with something. I can see while cutting my hair, she is kind of rushing and wants to finish fast. I have been into lots of salons, where they talk to you, ask you what style you want, have a conversation going throughout etc. She did the shampoo at the end, but it was not washed properly. Overall, wont come here again.

Our Sport Clips Store Manager here in Livermore is amazing, she is always so helpful and courteous on the phone and in person no matter how busy the day may be. My stylist Charity I also have to comment on because she is unbelievably talented. I have hair that grows every which way and she is able to reign in all of that chaos so I come out looking great every time. She is very professional and personal in ensuring I am comfortable and happy with my cut and always takes time to catch up with small talk while getting me in and out in an expedited fashion. You have a shop that is very high achieving and a wonderful staff.

I have been going to Sport Clips now for almost two years. I usually go in the evening after work and usually on Saturdays. I generally see the same three barbers and have been able to build a rapport with them. they show a genuine interest with me while they are cutting my hair and they have all my haircut styles on record. I always tip 15% and go for the MVP. I have never had a problem with the barbers or the location. I am grateful for the service they provide and the cleanliness of the store. Thank you for an experience that I will continue to be a member with!

You walk in and they have a big screen TV showing sports and TVs in front of the haircut chairs too.
