Marianna is awesome. Was kinda doubtful because of Hilda. I went to check in and she was at the register. Instead of explaining to me that I use the screen to check- in. She rudely told me next time to use that, but she went ahead and did it this time. I had checked in online and had put her as one of the barbers for my son and Marianna for my other son. Glad Marianna was so awesome and she did both of my son’s haircuts.

My son asked for a low taper and a trim and this girl gave him a high taper and hacked like 3 inches of my son’s hair off. He doesn’t even want to go to school tomorrow. He is asking me to UNENROLL him from school. I keep telling him it looks good, because that’s my baby and I want him to feel better… but this haircut is HORRIBLE. Do not take your child, especially your teenager, to this place unless you fully trust and know the stylist doing the cut. Absolutely will never go back.

As soon as I walked in I noticed large screen T.V.s with NFL football games on… I knew I had found my new haircut place. Arrived at the store at 7 pm as the online site said they were open until 8 pm. Open the door to see a lady counting the money from the cash register. I ask if they were open and the response was “Well I guess” in a very condescending tone. I replied I don’t want to put you out are you open. Response was “Well technically we close in two minutes”. So if you truly close at 7 pm on Friday correct your website. If not correct your employees. Either way I will not be imposing on any of your locations any more!
