Short staffed as has been said. But we booked ahead and didn’t have to wait to long. We had to leave our son up at Mount St. Charles for school and he likes sport clips back home so this is where we took him. Considering it was back to school week and every barber in town was booked the wait wasn’t bad.

Worse check in system. You check on online and it doesn’t matter because even if you arrive and someone else wants the same stylist the wait time is totally off. I checked in for my stylist I wanted on my arrival but she took another client before me even though i was already in the store and that client just arrived about 10 minutes after me. Mind you I also checked in online before I had arrived at the store to hopefully reduce my wait time. Then her 38 minute wait turned into over 60 minutes. At that point I had to get ready for work so my planned haircut 2 hours before I go to work never happened because their stupid check in online doesn’t matter. I the past I waited till five minutes before my arrival and when I arrived they skipped me because I wasn’t in the store, so my thinking that I arrive early burnt me. SORRY ALL DONE YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.
