Worst experience ever! Stylists were not friendly and seemed annoyed that we were even there. I could overlook that if it wasn’t for the horrible haircut my son got…she didn’t cut it the way he wanted it whatsoever and he had trouble even understanding what she was saying. She was very defensive with me, too. We will NEVER go back there. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $10 and go to Roosters instead!

The deal with this place. The girl that cut my hair at checkout saw I was paying cash. Asked if I needed a receipt (no). Real quick she reached and pushed buttons on the customer screen then on the register. Then my screen read “transaction cancelled” . I handed her the money and she quickly slipped it in her pocket and said thank you.

I came in at 730 on a wed night with my 8 year old son that had just received the worse haircut of his life at great clips. The store had already taken their last customer but listened to my story and saw my son near tears. Not only did they stay open just to help us but the gave him a great haircut! My son left smiling and said he got several compliments at school today. I can’t thank them enough! Truely saves the day for my son!!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I’ve never been more impressed by their true kindness and professionalism. Thank you

The last time I let a woman cut my hair before this time ny haircut ended up being tragic and i vowed to never let a woman put scissors to my hair again. But when i walked into Sport Clips the vibe was different than most barber shops and. I looked around and noticed that there were no male barbers on the floor so i chose a n7random lady and sat down. Not only did she get me all the way together but she also gave me a head massage, shoulder rub and shampooed my hair. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Stylist cut my sons hair uneven in the back. I noticed after we paid and asked her if she could even it up. She said after she ate a sandwich she would. Pam, another stylist started making rude comments about us ruining their break schedule. Jessica the manager came out and said, obviously we don’t have anything better to do , in a horribly condescending manner.

This review is not about the employees at the location they are great, but the online checkin system itself. The online checkin most of the time isn’t correct in the estimate of wait time. You may get lucky from time to time. If the online checkin isn’t working, which happens often, there is not a way to remotely checkin. They don’t take phone reservations. Great idea to help save time and checkin remotely, but needs a lot of work to get it running correctly still. Frustrating for a customer.
