The store just opened and I went to que. somehow every great clips has a wait time of over 50 minutes right when the store opens. They won’t take walk ins and force you to check in with an app. Then every location has over an hour wait time. So I drive by on my way to work. Not a car in the parking lot. No customers. Worst experience I’ve had at a Sports Clips. Checked in and asked for my regular which is a clipper guard 4 on the sides and back then 2 inches on top. Going in my hair was shorter on the side and about 3 1/2 inches on top. The stylist proceeded to go clipper guard 4 on sides and back then went straight to clipper guard 2 on top. When I expressed that it was not what I had asked for the reply was well the notes aren’t clear and you confirmed that you wanted what the note said. Why wasn’t there clarification if she didn’t believe the notes were clear. To continue the horrible experience after they finished using clippers to cut to a 2 on top, since they had already started. There was no attempt to at least make it the same length all the way around, instead I felt like I was rushed out. Then when going to the front completely dissatisfied, the employee took me to checkout and did not offer a comp or discount or anything for their mistake and I ended up having to pay full price to walk out of there only to have to go to another establishment to get it at least trimmed to the same length all the way around. I understand that mistakes happen at times but at least own the mistake and attempt to rectify instead of making excuses and acting like it is an inconvenience.

Not good. Stopped by today during my lunch break for a complimentary neck trim. It had been 3 weeks since my haircut so it was time. Delaney, Tara, and Aimee working. I waited about 10 minutes, then got called back. One other person in the lobby and his name was about to get called. Sat down, told my stylist that I just needed a neck trim. She then said she has to go see if it has been longer than 30 days. I pulled up the text I got from my last visit and told her it said June 28th (keep in mind that I sat down this time on July 21st). She then pulls another stylist back to the counter and they talk. She comes to me and says since I got my haircut at another store, she’d have to charge me for the neck trim. I admitted that it was at a different store but no where was it ever written as policy that my haircut had to be at the same store. I even looked on the corporate website.

I’ve always had a great experience here. They do a nice job on my hair for the cost. The women are always polite and do a good job. The wait can be a little long, so plan to check in online (great feature) about an hour before your hair cut. Beard trim, Haircut

If I could give negative stars, I would. Aimee took a total of maybe 5 minutes on my haircut and did not listen to a single thing I had to say. She did not do a single thing I asked and now I have a horrible haircut. She flat out buzzed my cowlicks and left me looking horrid. I cannot believe they allow people like that to work there.

Could not be a more terrible system for getting a haircut than online check in. You sit in an empty store waiting for people to show up that are “ahead of you”, I could have been done and gone before the 3 people on the list ever arrived. Miss the days of walking into a barbershop and if no one is there you are up. Haircut

A very comfortable place for guys to get a stylish haircut. The stylists are nice and they keep a record of how you got your hair cut the previous visit, but ask if that’s what you want again. Sports on the many TV’s is cool too.
