I was disappointed in the detail of my grandson’s haircut, the trim around his ears and neck were not faded or tapered, they were just block cut in a 90 degree straight cut. It looked a little homemade, didn’t look like it was finished professionally. Won’t be using the same stylist next time.

Twice I’ve tried to get a haircut within an hour of closing and twice I was turned away. Tonight I googled them to find out that they are scheduled to close at 6. I drove over there and arrived at 5:25 to find the attached sign and an empty waiting room. I drove home from there and I am typing this at 5:37 so they should remain open for another 23 minutes but the people working there have elected to close early. The last time this happened to me, I walked in and they said if I hadn’t reserved online, they couldn’t help me. I almost went to my car and made an online reservation on the spot but I didn’t want to have a person who was upset with me cutting my hair. I did give them the benefit of the doubt and I didn’t write a review or anything after that. When it happened again tonight and more than 30 minutes before closing with an empty waiting room, I had enough. Me and my two sons won’t be back so I am writing this to warn others.

These online queues are ridiculous. At Sports Clips they can usually slip you in instead of waiting 60 minutes like the computer says.

The appt scheduling system takes patience. The stylist, Loretta provided useful tips for appts. Otherwise the service is excellent and the staff very professional. I use Loretta an excellent stylist

Due to covid they simply need to change there advertising. No appointment needed walk in welcome is ok the window yet I go in and both stylists are sitting on their phones doing nothing and inform me it’ll be an hour wait. I go back to my car to look for different places to go to on my phone and not one person has walked in that building in the last 20 minutes. Appointments are necessary walk-ins are not welcome

Waited one hour with a toddler and their sibling. One worker stood in the computer for fifteen plus minutes before disappearing instead of calling him. The next one gets done and gets up there and starts making a personal product purchase! Not only holding us up but the other worker (Loretta) trying to check someone out. Instead of calling us back, BOTH workers walked to the back. We just left. NO ONE was in any hurry to help us despite our wait. We won’t be back. Not for my toddler, my husband, or my older son. Zero care for customer service.
