Took my husband for a treat with the VIP treatment. I booked 30 mins in advance, and no appointment is necessary. Lots of parking. Really friendly, smiling staff. He got a massage, a hot face towel, shampoo, and a haircut. She really listened to what he wanted and offered advice. He came out looking like a million bucks. Highly recommend! Only wish they did shaving, too.

My haircut was great, nothing difficult, just taking a few inches off my long hair. Stylist was nice but not overly chatty, which I prefer. Price for haircut was a great value. My issue was the beard trim was pretty much non-existent and cost $10. I guess I shouldn’t have expected my barbers level of attention but I was dissatisfied in that aspect. Also, after answering her question about what kind of shampoo/conditioner I use, she gave me the standard line that my hair is dry. I use my gf’s $40/bottle shampoo, my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been but at the end of the haircut they wanted to sell me the bottle of overpriced all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash. I’m sure corporate expects upsells but it’s disingenuous and I hope people aren’t falling for it.

On Wednesday I went for hair cut and beard trim it is NOT worth the 40 dollars. Not going back there again. I showed the lady a picture what my hair look like she didnt go off the picture and she was very chatty which am not a fan of and I dont like my hair cut. This is the worst experience that I had. She lucky that she got a tip for a horrible experience. I hated every second of it.

Crystal is amazing and she is a great hairstylist. I had a barbershop I went to for 3 years and due to scheduling conflicts I ended up meeting Crystal and I’ve been getting my haircut from her for 2 years now. She has the same talent as a barber, if not better, and she is caring and honest. I always feel better after seeing her. I would highly recommend her. 10/10 stars!

This use to me my favorite place to go, the Manager that was there cut my hair perfect, but I am told she got promoted so they gave the position to another person there. This manager cut my hair just a few days ago, and all she did was complain she didn’t want the position of manager and all she wanted to be doing right then was home drinking. My Hair cut is seriously bad, I’m still trying to trim where spots missed.

Drove 30 min to get a good hair stylist after booking online. When I get there, I’m told she’s not taking stylist anymore today. Why would the system not turn her off when that’s the case instead of stick with the commitment. Not the first time this has happened at sports clips. The reliability of showing up snd the wait time being accurate with whatever is put in the programming is pretty much 0% reliable. I’m just about done with sports clips unless they clean up their business systems and keep commitments and not waste customers time.
