Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe place itself is very unique with lots of entertainment if you’re not a talker. There’s big screens everywhere with various sporting games on.It’s very clean, someone was always sanitizing and removing hair from the floor. My son needed to use the restroom and they made sure it was sanitized before he did. Everyone wore masks & goggles and temp was checked at the door along with a few questions.MOST IMPORTANTLY, Maria was our stylist. Both of my boys aged 4yrs & 6yrs are on the autism spectrum and can be quite a challenge. With all the colors and TVs I was concerned it would be overwhelming but Maria was patient, professional & took her time with them. She sang to my youngest and talked to him, she gave him a comb to hold and even a spray bottle, she showed him the clippers so he felt more comfortable.Now they both look sharp for their first day of school. She thanked me for my tip and made sure to say goodbye to both boys as we left.Definitely going back to sports clips and asking for Maria every time! She’s amazing!! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI tip20$ everytime I go there to ensure it will come out ok…Maria cut my hair, she left hair all over me, didn’t bother using a blower to get any off, she left hair here and there on my neck, my sideburns, almost everywhere.. it took me an hour to fix it after I got home and it still looks bad! I tip20$ everytime I go there to ensure it will come out ok…Maria cut my hair, she left hair all over me, didn’t bother using a blower to get any off, she left hair here and there on my neck, my sideburns, almost everywhere.. it took me an hour to fix it after I got home and it still looks bad!
