Don’t go if you have a schedule to abide by. Usually pretty alright… but I checked in online, at a 0 minute wait. I get to the store and the screen says 2 minutes until service. They took 2 walk-ins a head of me I guess, but if I check in early before I even get to the store at 0 minutes, I’m considered automatically late and they can take people ahead of me. So what is the actual point of checking in early if it doesn’t mean anything???? Horrible system. I’ve been going to sport clips for 3 years now, and never had this happen, but it seems to have happened when dependability mattered most to me. I don’t think I’ll be taking haircuts there anymore. They only had 2 people working that day as well… AO and Hannah. Is sport clips having trouble hiring to provide decent service? Honest review here from a long time customer of this location. Thanks.

They are always busy.. but the staff is Great! Friendly and takes their time with you. They greet you when you walk in.They make sure you are happy with your cut before you leave. Online check in helps with the wait time. The stylist here are very professional, personable and friendly.

First time visit to a Great Clips ever. I walk in and it takes 4 mins before I am greeted and told I have to sign in on the computer up front. I was asked to sit down and someone would be right with me. 15 mins go by and another customer walks in and sits down for a few minutes and he is seen before me somehow. Another 15 mins goes by and same deal again. Now I have been sitting here for 40 mins and no one even addresses the fact that I have just been sitting there. I get upset enough to just walk out. I complained to my son about what happened and he told me about online check in and it reserves a spot for you. So if you are a first time customer and don’t check in online…don’t bother you will be ignored and treated like you don’t matter. Would of been nice if someone would of explained what was going on. Will never go back!!!

This happens way too often but there is literally one person in the store cutting hair and one customer but nine people on the board in front of me. Makes absolutely no sense why even do online check-in if you’re still going to wait almost the same time after waiting your 70 minutes. I’ve been to this location at least 4 times. I haven’t frequented a particular Stylist as it seems there’s a decent amount of turnover here, granted it’s a fairly new location. Overall I would say most of my haircuts have been mediocre at best. My last visit I specifically asked the stylist to thin my hair with thinning shears, which she didn’t do. She then trimmed my sideburns unevenly. It sounded like the client before me didn’t like his haircut and requested she shave his head. Try at your own risk.

This used to be a five star review until this morning. Today I was the first customer and I’ve been here several times before. I asked for an ivy league haircut (like usual ). She proceeded to show me a picture of a man with 2 inches of hair and I agreed. she then shaved me to a 1/4″ or less all over. FYI when repeatedly saying 2 while showing a customer pictures, understand a 2 for you is clipper size a 2 for the customer is length of hair. totally dissapointed with this cut and the level of customer service. My son received the cut right next to me that I should have had…so communication on my part was obviously not the issue.
