I’ve been going here for about 2 years now. The staff is always great and I’ve never been disappointed with any of my haircuts. The only downside is that the wait times are getting outrageous. When I first started going I could usually get in within 15 minutes. Now the wait is generally in excess of 75 minutes.

Thought I could get a haircut real quick. Verified their hours of operation as open till 9p. Got here at 6pm. The handwritten sign on the door says they closed at 5pm today. Awesome

I was told it would be a 45-minute wait for the next available barber. I signed in and it showed l was on they’re bored for a 37 minute wait. After waiting over 45 minutes it showed that I was next. A customer walked in and decided to change his status from waiting on a certain barber to any available barbara. Next thing I knew my status got bumped to another 15 minutes and he was taken next. So feel free to try them . But be willing to wait and then have someone walk in who decides to change their mind and go ahead of you.

Plan on waiting forever! Even when you sign in online and it gives you a time to arrive still plan on an additional hour! Not due to them cutting someone’s hair they take a 10-15 minute break between each hair cut, spend time on their phones, waste time chit chatting with the other employees, etc. decent hair cuts but terrible service! The only reason they have such long wait times is because the waste so much time slacking off!

Where they gave me a pretty good haircut, the staff is not following covid regulations or wearing masks. A lot of the customers that came in, came in without masks as well, you get a general negative vibe about the place. The staff even seemed mildly catty with each other

Their scheduling system sucks. After you come in and put yourself on the schedule for next available. Wait 45 minutes show that you’re the next one in line. Someone that scheduled themselves at home gets tired of waiting for a certain barber, can come in and change to next available and then be put in front of you just as you’re getting ready to be called.
