Today marks the third time I have tried to book an appointment online or over the phone and showed up to the location only to be bumped by walk-ins or other people who made appointments after me. I have been to 4-5 other Sport Clips locations in CO, and this was hands down my worst experience. The Lady didn’t say one word during the cut. I had to ask to have my sideburns trimmed up. I had to ask to see the back of my head after the cut. I had to ask to put some product in my hair after. I had to ask to use a towel to wipe hair off my face. I had to ask to not be charged for an MVP when I only got a regular haircut.
